Before joining YCP, I worked at a video production company as a PMO, with no prior background in consulting or DX. I was worried the switch might be difficult, but my experience coordinating with stakeholders and communicating across teams turned out to transfer well, and an environment where I could actively use AI tools and easily ask teammates for advice meant I could learn without feeling anxious. Just six months after joining, I was supporting discussions and decision-making at the steering committee level for a client project, pushing me to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment. Today, I use my English skills to drive cross-border DX projects forward. What I find most appealing about YCP is the freedom to bring up new ideas and the passion of the people I work alongside every day.

After joining YCP in 2025, I was promoted to Manager within six months. What drew me here was wanting to engage more deeply with what customers truly want, and I have found that YCP gives me the autonomy to work alongside clients on exactly that question. One of the projects I am most proud of was supporting an internal venture program from its earliest concept stage all the way through to independence, carefully revisiting what the company truly wanted to become each time priorities shifted. Now, as a Manager, I lead projects as a whole and am working toward becoming an indispensable partner for our clients, while continuing to grow together with colleagues who share the mindset that there is always more to learn.

By participating in the summer internship, I experienced firsthand the excitement of working in a growth phase organization, and I was strongly attracted to the unique and inspiring individuals working at YCP. Now, as I was promoted from intern to Analyst and then to Associate, my role evolved from accurately executing assigned tasks to proactively developing hypotheses and structuring key issues. One of the most memorable projects I worked on involved the merger of three automotive parts manufacturers, where we needed to reach alignment among many stakeholders within a limited two month timeframe. Although the workload was substantial, the project allowed me to truly experience YCP's culture of unwavering commitment to quality, while also feeling significant personal growth.
